Mission

At Vodeclic, our mission is to help organizations achieve their digital transformation by improving their employees’ digital skills. We are experiencing rapid growth and currently looking to build a Customer Success Practice. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible of customers retention and satisfaction.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven, business professional to improve account retention across France. He must demonstrate his experiences of selling, implementing and nurturing a Saas business model. He is a team player and able to guide and advise both clients and team members accordingly from pre-sales to account management.

Vodeclic has been acquired in May 2016 by Skillsoft, the global leader in the elearning industry that fuel our innovation and growth… This position will be primarily responsible for building and managing the company’s customer success practice of its French Operations headquartered in Levallois-Perret, where the position will be based.

This position reports to the CEO in order to:

  • •Deliver launch plans to our customers
  • •Identify and improve user adoption
  • •Set up proof of concept to accelerate sales cycle
  • •Build best practices to be shared and deployed
  • •Manage KPIs

 


Profil

Education and requirements :

  •  You have 5 to 7 years of experience in Products, Marketing or Project Management
  •  Plus at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management on a Saas Solution
  •  You are able to manage projects with other teams including sales, marketing and application    engineers
  •  You are methodical, metrics-driven and focused on customer satisfaction
  •  Fluent in English and French, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  An experience in the digital learning business is a significant asset
