Team description
Global Learning Services is responsible for providing a cost effective way to help our employees and Amadeus customers acquire new skills and knowledge. We offer Documentation, Localisation, and various Training Services such as Instructor-led Training and e-Learning.
Main responsibilities
The trainee will study the reporting and statistical analysis of our Learning Management System (LMS). The trainee will more specifically participate in a study of the folowing areas:
• Customer usage of the LMS for accessing e-Learning
• Contribute to the preparation of statistics and presentations to be used in trend analysis
• Help to respond to requests for support from users & GLS management team
• Research data sources and propose processes for capturing and analysing customer usage & satisfaction with our learning deliverables
Profil
Business studies degree with strong emphasis on communications, statistics and general business skills
• Written & spenken English
• PC knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Problem solver
• Organised
• Willingness to learn
• Customer orientated
