Mission
Within the Learning for Development area in the Research and Innovation department, you’ll be in charge of:
Implement the strategy to develop the international portfolio of professional expertise in the universalization context;
Build and animate the Hubs professional expertise, learning tracks from a global and local perspective, as part of the innovation and talents development strategies;
Implement the strategy dedicated to L'Oréal's E-Learning, to improve its penetration in all the Hubs and to develop the relevant learning products or apps in answer of Research and Innovation area needs;
Coordinate and animate relationships with all the actors in the field of his Learning for Development
responsibilities ; LFD corporate, R&I HR international network, LFD Zones, R&I heads of Functions/Hubs, Experts, external resources;
Build and activate a communication plan to support the development of the professional expertise offer and the E-Learning;
Participate in the management of the Learning for Development global activities as part of the Research & Innovation division HRD team.
Profil
-5-10 years of experience in Training and/or Talent Development
-Project management Skills
-E-learning background
-English Fluency
