Mission

The training delivered to our channel partners enables our users to get a first class customer experience. Our goal is to develop and deliver training that inspires Apple’s channel sales force and channel partners to become engaged and willing to participate in the learning process.

This new role, based in Paris, will play a key part in executing Apple’s Channel Sales Training Content Strategy in EMEIA. The role will manage a team responsible for training needs analysis, curriculum, content design and strategies. The assets created consist of a blend of learning materials from classroom, coaching, in store support to online and mobile learning solutions. The role will be critical in the deployment and management of a learning management system and new learning environments.

This role requires a close working relationship with route to market, world wide and country training teams in EMEIA, to ensure clear learning directions, communication and needs analysis. This role will report into the EMEIA Sales Training Senior Manager.

The ideal candidate must be a great people manager and have an interest in learning and development. This position requires organisation, planning and project management skills to deliver just in time training resources across a range of media.  
Profil
Key Qualifications
  • Significant personnel management experience
  • Project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of managing sales and/or training teams
  • Knowledge or experience in retail or telecom industry sales channels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience in working collaboratively with peers on multi-faceted projects
  • Availability to travel to the US and EMEA is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Self starter and proven ability to work independently
  • Additional Desired Skills/Experience
  • Apple product knowledge
  • Implementation and maintenance of learning management systems
  • Implementation of mobile learning environments

Description
  • Support sales training programs and new product introductions
  • Create and implement training programs to align with business objectives
  • Project management on key training strategies, content design and course deployment Communicate and cascade information with local and worldwide sales training teams Manage, motivate and develop a well established team
  • Develop, manage and implement processes and systems
  • Apply Apple standards to all aspects of work projects

Environnement
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
