Mission
- Produce e-learning module storyboards while applying instructional design processes and following Alstom Grid, Technical Institute, e-learning directives.
- Collect assets (accurate information, images, video etc.) to build the storyboards from the Alstom SMEs.
- Coordinate with Technical Institute suppliers to attain the desired results concerning the e-learning modules.
- Use online tools to allow for development and updates of surveys, quizzes and catalogues.
- Produce “user manuals” for specific on-line learning programmes
Profil
- Native English speaker
- Higher education degree (minimum 2 years) in Instructional design or similar, or in technical writing.
- Good understanding of on-line training and pedagogy, knowledge of Learning Management Systems and of content creation tools.
- Capacity to analyse customer need and trends.
- Good communication skills (spoken & written) in English and French and understanding of multicultural issues
